职位描述:
猎鹰工程公司. (猎鹰)将立即为CLT机场招聘有经验的常驻项目代表(RPR)建筑检查员. Duties include conducting on‐site observations of various types of construction projects at the airport to monitor conformance with contract documents and schedule; serving as the owner’s liaison with the contractor, 设计师, and other stakeholders; maintaining adequate records of contract work ongoing and completed; maintaining a detailed daily diary; reviewing the contractor’s monthly applications for payment; and other duties as assigned.

所需的资格:

• 3年以上建筑行业横向和纵向土方工程经验, 效用管安装, 混凝土和沥青路面, 基金会, 结构混凝土, 砌体结构, 钢结构, 以及其他重型民用建筑学科. 有航空/机场建设经验者优先.
• 能够阅读和理解施工计划和规范.
• 具备FAA, NCDOT和市政建设规范的知识和经验.
• 较强的书面和口头沟通能力.
• 较强的组织能力，冲突解决能力，解决问题能力和记录能力.
• 在需要的时候，愿意在下班后工作(晚上，周末，偶尔的假期).
• 熟练使用微软办公软件(Word), Excel, )和使用基于网络的报告软件的经验.
• 申请人必须持有有效的NC驾照和可接受的驾驶记录给我们的公司保险公司.
